Staying fit for most of the women often feel strenuous than ever especially in late 50’s. While it might be a little difficult as compared to losing weight in 20’s or 30’s, but it is possible. A combination of diet and exercises for women over 50 can lead to a healthy lifestyle. In an interview with LiveLeanTV, Jessica Gouthro’s mother Desiree who is 58 years old woman, shared some of her wisdom on how she has gotten into the best shape of her life in her late 50’s.

So, staying fit over 50 is not a dream anymore. Make sure you eat right with regular workout and don’t push your body to the extreme at the same time.
